Portman's porn problem

Natalie Portman. Naked. What's the problem? Well, none if you're a red-blooded male – or, indeed, one of those ladies what loves ladies.

But if you're a serious actress like Natalie... well, then it's an issue.

According to MTV, the nubile Natalie regrets getting her kit off for Wes Anderson in Hotel Chevalier, the accompanying short to last year's quirky 'dramedy' The Darjeeling Limited.

In the film, she prances around naked in a hotel room in Paris although she's only shot from behind. Now, in one of those lovely bursts of arse-related irony that arises every now and again, she's mooning about the decision.

While she's not 'not prudish about nudity' – as she points out in a statement that should keep us amused for several minutes at a time, 'sex is such a big part of life' – she is annoyed that her buttocks caused such a stir.

With the, ahem, internet audience. 'My picture ended up on porn sites, and that's the dilemma,' she told MTV.

Well, we're sorry if our lusting has made you uncomfortable Ms P, but it was quite a charming bottom.

We'd love to have ours celebrated in similar style but have noticed we cause a different reaction when the keks come down.
