Two good for nothing A-listers, recently

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been called many things – mostly to do with their achingly handsome forms - but a heavyweight star has labeled them 'evil' and 'vacuous' and had a hack at their charity efforts too.

Comic Roseanne Barr – yes, she of the Roseanne sit-com fame – also had a pop at their roles in 'violent, psychopathic movies'.

Speaking on her personal blog, Barr wrote: 'Evil spawn Angelina Jolie, and her vacuous hubby Brad Pitt make about 40 million dollars a year in violent psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children trying to look as if they give a c**p about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more'.

And not finished there, Barr swipped at Jolie and Pitt's adoption of children from countries in the developing world and criticised Ang’s support of Republican presedential nominee, John McCain: 'Aren't you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, or do you not know that the African daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the republican party's worldwide economic assault on Africa over the last few decades since Reagan?'

And she went on: 'For that matter, the Thai and Cambodian sons you are photoed with weekly too who's pictures you sell to raise money to help the poor?'

And she finally gave Jolie some career advice: 'Go back to making your movies about women who love to handle big guns that shoot hundreds of people to death.'
