There's good news on the wires.
Well, for fans of great zombie movies, anyway.
Sam Raimi is keen to do another Evil Dead film.
Talking at Comic-Con, the Spider-Man director, hinted at his intention to return to his great cult origins.
When asked about the likelihood of a fourth instalment, Raimi told the crowds that the project is 'in the wheelhouse' – which we assume means in the planning stages.
There have been rumours of an Evil Dead remake, so he may have been referring to that. Or it could be a whole new chapter.
Either way, it's unlikely to happen that soon. Raimi is finishing off his current film, Drag Me To Hell, his first horror film for a while, and has also signed up to make The Transplants for, er, Disney.
Details of the film are being kept quiet but the Hollywood Reporter reveals that it's 'a four-quadrant ensemble superhero story with a comedic bent.'
And you can never see too many of those, right chaps?
