Lakeview Terrace, sounds like a nice place to live? Well not if Samuel L Jackson is your next door neighbour and he is hell bent on making your life a misery.

What makes things worse is that he's a Cop, so calling 911 isn't going to do diddly squat.

Oh well we suppose its better than greasy students playing Rock Band at all hours or screaming toddlers.

This movie looks like a polished thriller and harks back to the trouble in paradise flicks of early the nineties in particular Pacific Heights and Unlawful Entry.
