Around eight years ago, ex-Python man Terry Gilliam and Johnny Depp were in Spain to film The Man Who Killed Don Quixote.
The result, of course, was documentary Lost In La Mancha, about how films sometimes just don't happen.
However, eight years after that first attempt, Terry has decided that it's time to resurrect the idea.
'As far as we're concerned, it's on,' he told the Independet.
'When Johnny's ready, we're ready. We're just talking about dates to film. Basically it all depends on his schedule but otherwise we're set.
'It will be next year some time, before next summer anyway.'
As Lost... documents, the director's first attempts to film the story were blighted by a series of unfortunate events, from military fly-overs drowning out the dialogue to the set being washed away by a flash flood. The insurers stepped in and the project got canned.
But Gilliam is, appropriately, looking at the bright side of life.
'We're going to completely reshoot it,' he explained. 'The intervening years have taught me that I can actually write a much better film. I'm so excited it's going to get done at last.'
