Hardly a week goes by without Any Winehouse’s life being turned upside down and this week is no different after reports the police are to quiz Wino over the alleged trial-rigging plot her hubbie is charged with.

The 24-year-old singer must give DNA samples and fingerprints and will be questioned under caution according to the News of the World.

The Sun newspaper says she must present herself this week to the police and that her financial dealings are under scrutiny.

Banged-up Blake Fielder-Civil faces charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice after he was charged with GBH. The alleged £200,000 plot to fix the assault trial has left Winehouse on the edge.

According to reports, her pals say: ‘She's already hatched a suicide pact with Blake. If they're both handed lengthy jail sentences she's determined they'll end it together rather than face years apart.

‘She can't live without Blake. Her family are worried sick.’

Initially Amy was being treated as a witness but after police seized bank details, computers and mobile phone records it appears she has become more central to their enquiries.
