Joss: Transatlantic annoyance turned movie star?

Two women warblers are in the news today with Leona Lewis’ voice and Joss Stone snogging women hitting the headlines.

Let’s get to the juicy matter of Rubenesque Stoner getting it on with the ladies: The Sun reports she has landed her first major film role and the good news is she is to play a LESBIAN.

Sweet.

The 20-year-old insists she will get to enjoy a, ‘long, lingering French kiss’ with a woman.

But this is no sophisticated Hollywood number. Reports are it is a holiday camp Butlins-meets-Hi-De-Hi British comedy called Snappers and it also stars hefty but funny Men Behaving Badly star, Caroline Quentin.

Stone said: ‘There are things that are going to really push the boundaries - and that excites me.’

But snogging the face off Quentin ain’t one of them for us.

Meanwhile X Factor big winner Leona Lewis may have to face surgery to save her lush voice from severe bouts of tonsillitis, according to reports.

Currently breaking America – where she is in a two-way battle for No1 with Usher – a source told the Sun: ‘Leona has been consulting top throat surgeons in Britain and America.

‘She has been told she could need an operation to put an end to the problem for good. Any operations are scary.’

If you remember, Leona was hit with tonsillitis during X Factor in 2006 and it tends to flair up when she is over-tired or under stress.

We reckon trying to break America might be slightly stressful and tiring. Good luck Leona.
