Christina Aguilera recently appeared on the American telly to promote a DVD and chest cushion fans got an unexpected treat.

Unfortunately the DVD played second fiddle as the focus of attention turned to a pair of gigantic knockers that seemingly came out of nowhere after Xtina recently dropped a sprog.
