Alice? Alice? Who the bleep is Alice?

In the case of Tim Burton’s next movie it’s Mia Wasikowska as we mentioned before.

However, it’s the supporting cast in the eccentric director’s live action / CGI Alice In Wonderland that’s really getting the interest building. Johnny Depp, for example, will be The Mad Hatter.

We know. Johnny Depp in a Tim Burton film. Who saw that coming eh?

The same people that saw the following coming: Helena Bonham Carter is going to be in it too.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Burton’s other half has signed on the dotted line to play the Red Queen, the slightly barking monarch with the penchant for beheading wrongdoers.

More exciting is the news that the rather easier-on-the-eye Anne Hathaway will play the deposed White Queen.

Suddenly there’s a Disney movie on the horizon that we quite like the sound of.
