George Lucas seems to be inching closer to the idea of a fifth Indiana Jones flick, according to Doctor Jones himself, Harrison Ford.
Originally the uber-director said he would wait for fans to decide if he should make another in the franchise after the recent release of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
Although the critics were non-plussed by the fourth in the series – aliens? Please! - fans voted with their feet and packed cinemas around the globe. To date Crystal Skull has taken more than a billion dollars at the box office.
The flick is out on DVD and Blu-Ray on October 14 and it is expected to add another $500m to takings.
Ford said: ‘George is in think-mode right now.’
Thinking what he can spend the money on perhaps.
But better still if he thought of a snappier title.
