Snow Patrol. Now there’s a band who like a challenge.
To mark the release of their new album A Hundred Million Suns, the band will be playing four capital cities in two days.
The whistlestop two-day trip will take place over October 26 and 27.
They kick off in Dublin with a lunchtime gig at the Gate Theatre on Sunday October 26, and then move on to Belfast’s Empire for an evening show.
After that, the band travel to Edinburgh for a lunchtime show at popular Fringe venue The Assembly Rooms and then head south for a final show at London’s Bloomsbury Theatre.
The venues have been selected by the band for their intimacy, and tickets, priced £22.50, will be available via the bands mailing list.
As another nice touch – aw bless – the band have got local schoolkids to draw, paint or collage their interpretation of A Hundred Million Suns and the results will decorate the venues’ lobbies.
The new album is released on October 27.
