It’s official. Kanye West’s spiralling ego has reached epic proportions.

The superstar rapper – or rather superstar plonker – revealed all about his one true love, himself, during a drunken interview for US TV show The Wendy Williams Experience.

On his way out of the studio, where he had been interviewed earlier, Kanye was caught on camera by the show’s producers after clearly indulging in a few too many sherries.

‘I am the number one human being in music,’ he ranted. ‘That means any person that's living or breathing is number two...

‘I want you to look in this camera. I have not done any drugs. I've drinken (sic) a lil’ bit, but even if I wasn't drinking, I would've told you the same thing.’

He then goes on to describe his fans as his ‘Siamese twin’ because they love the album as much as him.

Drunken ramblings from a first rate idiot.
