It's happy days at Tottenham. Possibly.
They might not have any strikers left but they'll certainly have lots of cash.
With Dimitar Berbatov apparently off to United for £28m, Spurs appear to have agreed a £20m deal from Liverpool for Robbie Keane.
And Sunderland are still trailing Darren Bent for £16m.
Suddenly the £22m price tag on Eto'o looks like a bargain.
If Liverpool get Keane for £20m – and he's a Liverpool fan, so they probably will – that'll take the player's total transfer values to a remarkable £60m.
Despite a decent scoring record - 107 goals in 254 games for Spurs – it all feels somewhat unlikely. Though not as unlikely as Ronaldinho moving to Manchester City.
Which isn't happening. Because the buck-toothed Brazilian has signed for AC Milan.
Even though City appeared at one stage to have agreed a £25m fee for the fancy-footed forward. However, Milan released a statement that: '“AC Milan and Barcelona have reached an agreement in principle over the transfer of Ronaldinho.
'The player will be in Milan on Wednesday to undergo a medical and sign a contract that will keep him at Milan until 30 June 2011.'
Manchester City were reportedly offering £200K a week but Ronaldinho is believed to have taken half of that for the move to Italy.
Yeah. Can't blame him, really.
